I must admit that I am in somewhat of a state of awe at the amount of mindless adulation and praise heaped upon our late President Gerald R. Ford. I was heading into junior high when Ford took the oath of office, I remembered him as the President who signed into law the ability for drivers to make righthand turns without having to stop in there is a light present... that's it. I truly believe that God rules in the affairs of men as the scriptures tell us. He was the right man at that time and because God does govern His sovereign authority national affairs see that he walked into the office out of an egredious miscarriage of Oval Office authority with the Nixon administration.
But simply put... Ford hasn't done anything offensive to nutter "sensibilities" ... he never had to deal with [directly] gay or Roe v. Wade national issues, though the latter were in his era. I get sick when I hear Curic differ to the ex-President's position on this war and extracting only what is useful to her obvious agenda MSM agenda. The truth is Ford never was a problem for them, therefore they have nothing to say about the what a real republican is to them... someone that has not faced off against their ideals.
